Alexis FifelskiVice President of Operations

Alexis is a South Florida native with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, where she was a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team. After returning from living abroad in the US Territory of Guam, she began working with Florida Palm in 2015 in various roles. Since then, she has learned nearly every aspect of the business.
Brian FayVICE-PRESIDENT

Originally from Pennsylvania, Brian moved to Florida in 2010. In 2014, he obtained his General Contractor License and co-founded Florida Palm. His passion for entrepreneurship and growth spurred him on to continue his education, and in 2019, he added to his licensure and obtained his Plumbing License.
He is also a Certified Lead Inspector for Florida Palm, and an active member of the South Florida Business Networking Community. As the Vice President, Brian is responsible for seeking opportunities that fit with Florida Palm’s scope of work, and helping the Operations team execute them.
Brian is heavily involved in the local community, having served on the board of the Construction Executive Association since 2020. He also coaches recreational baseball, and has a passion to inspire the younger generations to greatness. His visionary abilities, combined with his persistent drive, propel the growth of Florida Palm.
Ileana FayPRESIDENT

Ileana is a Yale University Environmental Studies graduate. Prior to co-founding Florida Palm, Ileana’s career was in Environmental Engineering, where she primarily worked in the Florida market. Ileana’s experience in Environmental Engineering has played a key role in the growth of Florida Palm.
As President, Ileana is responsible for management oversight for all Construction on Management and Plumbing Operations. She is extremely active in the South Florida community, having served on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an active member of many other organizations within the industry. She has led expansions in commercial government departments and is a proud owner of this small, women, minority-owned business enterprise.
